He is deeply committed to quality, consistency, efficiency, and reliability in all business and production resources technical aspects. With over 20 years of experience in development and research, Sergey holds a patent in the United States and Europe in communication optimization.

As part of the executive team, Sergey focuses on defining the overall technical development strategy of the company, making comprehensive technical decisions, and evaluating the financial and time costs of these decisions. He assesses project duration and complexity, plans and builds development processes, approves teams of developers and general tasks between teams, and monitors project progress to ensure that the pace and quality of development are at the set level.

Irina Velicko, the most recent member of the NGSRT family, joined the company as a Public Relations and Media Administrator. With her experience in market research, customer relations and Internet culture, Irina brought exciting marketing campaign ideas and a profound approach to the company’s market image and position.

Grown in the Latvian Capital, Riga, Irina made her way to receive an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree in one of the top Toronto Colleges. While receiving multiple awards and recognition letters from the educational institution for her excellent studies and actual practices, Irina also became an active member of the College Student Life, where she could explore the voice of the new generation of young professionals.

Irina’s primary task is to ensure that NGSRT builds and maintains a respectful and robust relationship with all the stakeholders while meeting short-term and long-term organizational goals. Irina shares her knowledge collected through her international work experience, contributing to the prosperous growth and bloom of NGSRT.

Nikolay Markovsky, NGSRT’s esteemed Chief Innovation Officer, is a highly accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in development and research.
